Mr. Addis is the founder of Oak Stream Partners, a private equity fund focused on acquisitions in financial and services industries with a particular focus on the insurance and warranty sectors. Mr. Addis is the former Chairman and CEO of an auto and home insurance concern with premiums in excess of 150 million per annum and previously worked at AIG. Mr. Addis also served as the strategic planner of a $1.6 billion P&L of Bank of America (Countrywide) through the financial crisis serving 36,000 independent brokers and 54 national support centers with 7,500 employees. Mr. Addis has co-founded several companies, the largest being a wholesale mortgage company with $1.2 billion in annual application volume across 26 states. Mr. Addis has previously held stakes in Titan Club at Four Seasons Hotels, Shearson Mortgage, CSQ Magazine, and Mirage Escrow among others. As a Management Consultant, Mr. Addis served in a wide variety of industries as an interim executive and on a project basis. Most notably, Mr. Addis served as Executive Director of the Latin Business Association under Governor Schwarzenegger’s Secretary of Appointments. Mr. Addis holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and is the recipient of the 2003 Top 25 of Residential Real Estate and was in the Valley’s top 40 under 40 by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. Mr. Addis has also had the honor to guest lecture on the topics of Finance and Entrepreneurship at UCLA, Pepperdine, and California Lutheran University.
