Oak stream partners is a private equity search fund for lower middle market acquisitions.
The Oak Stream Partners team is composed of successful entrepreneurs, operating executives and investors who have skillfully acquired and operated leading companies in a variety of industries. Many of our team members have managed and grown multi-billion dollar operations that have risen to the top of their respective industries. Our goal is to purchase and grow great service businesses with $2 to $15 mil in EBITDA and long-term opportunities in a fragmented industry.
